Wall Assumes National Leadership Position With Federal Bar Association

Higgins Benjamin partner Jon Wall was installed as the Chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) in Richmond, Virginia, on September 19, 2026. The FBA was founded in 1920 and has about 19,000 members organized into almost 100 chapters.  The Labor & Employment Law Section is comprised of about 1,500 lawyers and law students spanning this diverse, multifaceted and ever-evolving field; members include plaintiff’s and defense counsel, public sector lawyers, judges, human resources professionals, and in-house counsel.  Wall said, “My predecessors have set a high bar.  We have an exciting year planned, which includes the first full-day, in-person seminar for our section since before Covid, in Tampa, Florida, on February 5, 2027.  It’s going to be a great year!”
