MARGARET MCNAIRY CHASE JOINS HIGGINS BENJAMIN

Higgins Benjamin, PLLC, is pleased to announce the addition of Margaret McNairy Chase to the firm. Formerly with Rossabi, Black & Slaughter, PA, Margaret brings more than a decade of experience to the firm. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Furman University. A Greensboro native, Margaret graduated from Page High School and remains actively involved in the local community. Currently serving as an Elder-elect at First Presbyterian Church, she has held positions in various local civic groups, including the Greensboro Rotary Club, Greensboro Bar Association and the Junior League. Margaret has mentored Elon Law School students, worked in the Governor’s Office and is a graduate of Leadership Greensboro. Her practice focuses on Real Estate Law with an emphasis on Homeowner and Condominium Associations.
